On certain days you can join the party, eat ice cream with the kids, have a candlelit romantic dinner and eat the food you crave. This helps to banish the binge demon in order to make consistent progress without missing out. When coupled with low-intensity Resista Exercise, The Nutratonin Diet forms an integral part of helping you lose weight in a controlled way.
